Refund policy
We strive to provide very detailed and thoroughly accurate information about each vintage item before it is purchased. We pride ourselves on the truthfulness and accuracy of the information we provide. If you want more information about any aspect of the item before you buy, we are happy to work with you directly to provide any and all information we can including video, image, relevant manufacturing data, etc. Ultimately purchasing vintage and antique items online is an act of trust. If we do not earn your trust and you are not comfortable purchasing an item based on what we can provide, we respect and support your decision to purchase elsewhere and will do our best to improve going forward.
With this in mind, we generally do not receive requests for returns. That said, our goal is to provide a positive and value-add experiences for every customer. Repeat customers are very important to us, and to our business. So if you are not happy with any aspect of your experience or your purchase, then we want to hear from you! We will do everything we reasonably can to fully understand and resolve your concern including replacing the item or offering store credit. In some unusual cases, and as a result of engaging with our customers, we have agreed it was appropriate and fair to make an exception to our policy and accept returned items and in these specific cases we may decide to provide refunds.
We take great care to package items safely and sustainably, and we'll send you visual confirmation of your item packaging when it is shipped. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rhuckus@zipsharkppl.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
